Duties and Responsibilities:
● Understand task requirements and come up with test scope and coverage
● Collaborate with the designated Business Analyst / Developer to better understand features and
design effective/efficient test cases and scenarios that comply with the product requirements
● Create documentation of the QA testing Tools and Processes
● The ability to recognize risks and errors in an application
● Conduct manual testing of web or mobile application
● Conduct manual testing of API validations and JSON Schemas
● Deliver tasks in a timely manner
● Investigate customer problems referred by the technical support team, testing bugs, and creating and
managing bug reports.
● Conduct manual audits for the company software products to identify the gaps in terms of API
● Analyzing and disintegrating software systems and coordinating with other teams to enhance the
overall design
● Performs other duties as assigned
